Watching Charltons highlights the other day and noticed they have a long thrower too, ... Pardew is just a bitter hypocrite.

Lita is a Southern boy and Charlton were always going to be a more attractive prospect to him.

No, the swearing was for effect because you had reached a new level of stupidity, given his "hometown club" was several thousand miles from where he was born. You big retard. ;D
He moved to London as a child, where he was on Chelsea's books.

He was part of the Chelsea youth team between 1999-2001. What happened to the all-knowing Oracle?
You don't have to be have been born in that country to play international football, as you well know. Hargreaves wasn't. England Under-21 international Fabrice Muamba was, surprisingly, not born within the sound of Bo Bells. Very few of Jack Charlton's Irish team had kissed the Blarney Stone. Deco is Brazillian but plays for Portugal. Should I go on?

My point is that Bristol, conclusively, is not his home town. ;D

Bristol is more of a "home" than Congo (a country he has publically distanced himself from) and Chelsea (where he had a trial)
next?

rolling contract anyone? ;D
didnt he spend a longer time at Bristol thus feeling more at home, the fans loved him, scored plenty of goals as a regular in the first team
just a thought like ;D

Home is surely either where you were born, grew up, or currently live isn't it? Bristol doesn't apply to any of those for Lita?
A rolling two-year contract is still one hell of a long "trial". Just admit that you ballsed this up. Nobody will think any less of you. Like the time you said Diao would never permanently sign for Stoke and would be off to Levante. How did that one turn out?
Snigger.

you have said that about near enough every signing we have missed out on so far, change the record Bristol (his hometown club) is nowhere near london really Was there ever any suggestion that we were in for Lita??? If not, you cannot really say that we "missed out" on him. Effectively, following your line of arguement, we have missed out on every player that has signed for any professional club this season. Lets see what happens with players that we are actually "in" for.

So he didn't grow up (ie, spend his formative years) in London then? Chelsea's a suburb of Bristol now is it? Do you go from being a foetus to being in your late teens?

Post by maryhinge on Mar 5, 2008 20:07:07 GMT
from being moved around from congo to london (for a very short time) then to super Bristol, he needed to feel wanted, the Bristol fans loved him, he scored goals and was a regular hence if you ask him he will say Bristol would feel like his home

Proof on Diao?
He was at Chelsea for two years, he lived in London for years before that when he was growing up. Why is this so difficult for you to understand? Shall I type a bit more spaced out to give you enough time to think ?

OH DEAR OH DEAR!
"I feel I'm improving all the time." Lita, born in Congo but London-raised, turned to City as a 15-year-old after failing to win a scholarship with Chelsea.
"I knew City had an academy, plus I have an uncle in Bristol I could stay with, so I just rang up and asked if I could have a trial.
HE HAS FAMILY IN BRISTOL!!!!! ;D
alos it means that he was at Bristol from the age of 15 to 20 ... 5 whole years, first teamer for the majority of that time, scoring goals and making LOTS of appearances!
your apology in writing please ;D

Amazing that whenever he gets caught out he always comes back with the player publicly said this and that ;D No proof of course just made up bullshit again From Wikipedia 'Lita rejected the chance to play for DR Congo in favour of pursuing an international career with England, despite having previously stated he wished to represent the country of his birth.[' From his own personal page 'but i did grow up in congo so i like to see the team in congo sometimes when im over there' www.bebo.com/Profile.jsp?MemberId=3048498506What utter utter utter crap this moron posts
