I reckon we could take maximum points in all of these ... 7th April ...........Palace Home 12 th April.........Coventry away. 19th April..........Bristol City.Home 26th April..........Colchester away. 4th May.............Leicester Home. This is not beyond the realms of possibilty.....whilst our rivals have some really tricky games.. It's the next three or four games we need to worry about...,However Denis Smith on Radio Stoke tonight firmly believes that Stoke will get automatic promotion... Well I'm not going to argue with 'Smithy' ... Are you.? ???

Who knows, mumf. We've shown in the last 2 games just how easy it is to 'f-it-up'
I've just been looking at our rivals' run-ins, Watford's next four games are Bristol (A), Stoke (H), Plymouth (A) & Hull (A)... ;D
Edge of the seat stuff all round I reckon.
All the automatic predictions centre around Bristol, Watford, Brazil & us but I still think Pardew's lot could figure in the top 2.
30 points to play for...

one game at a time, 3pts saturday would very welcome and with Burnley having 2 men sent off tonight that should make this task a lot easier, at this moment i would take a 1-0 with the goal coming off parkins fat arse in injury time

I would take any 1-0 victory from now until the end of the season...We will have to keep an eye on goal differences however as Watfords is now better than ours, however if we went equal with them but had scored more goals then we would finish above them if we finished level on points as I'm sure you already know.
Failing that,... it would then come down to who has won most games....
I can't see it going to such extremes as that though...

7 wins from the remaining 10 games should be enough. On paper that seems achievable and realistic. However, on the pitch it's a different matter. I am confident that we can win the big games, especially at home, but remain wary of the run-of-the mill fixtures that we have to play. We are not a team that dominates a match in the same way that Macari's succesful teams did and there is always an element of doubt that we will lose ANY match. I can see us winning 7 out of the 10, but I can also see any number of alternative combinations if we continue with our current form.

tuum....Following our recent form ..any result is in doubt.Having said that we need to get back to winning ways which I'm sure we will. All our players need a good kick up the arse.

If the same goal difference at the end of the season then it is the team with the most goals for not on alphabetical order!

Of course it is most goals if goal difference is the same!!
Alphabetical order ??? If this was the case, there would be plenty of teams tempted to change their name to Aardvark United!! ;D
Our goal difference has taken a beating this last week - the last time we were level on points with Watford, we were ahead on goal difference, but minus 5 in the last week has seen us now below them! Time for a couple of 4-0 wins please!!!
As we still have to play Watford and Bristol City, if our record is the same as them in other games, but we beat them both, we should make the top two.

I've predicted 5 wins and 2 draws from the last seven games. On this basis I reckon 4 points from the next 3 games will be enough. We really need the 3 points at home against Burnley. I agree that our next 2 away games at Norwich & Watford are our trickiest left. If we can win one of these I am still confident of automatic if not we might have to settle for plan B. Having said that it's all easy on paper.
