Nash - last game Jan 07 Riggott - last game November 11 and a recent hamstring injury, possibly well off match sharpness? Diao - yards off the pace Nugent - Jan 26 and a hernia op and groin injury, must be a fair way off fitness. Very few games throughout season. Surely Nash has been brought in with the intention of chucking him straight in. Similarly with Riggott and Nugent (should he come). They haven't come to the C'ship to sit on the bench and get the odd start. But with 10 games left, how long can we wait to get them fully fit and firing. Lesser players who are match-hardened and 100% sharp could be a better bet - depending on how close to being sharp they are? I'm sure they'll be much closer to match fitness than Diao - but they still could be some way off and considering we've got 10 cup finals to play, it's a concern

A very good (and important point) FM. The indication with Nash is that he has joined to play games rather than provide quality back up. Riggott is a worrying one. He has played 9 games this season (and just 7 last season) with the last being so long ago like you say. I fear this was a slight panic signing by TP after Cort's injury scare. With Zak's broken toe, we are left fairly light at the back Diao just isn't working at the moment. Personally, I have written his season off fitness wise. I don't think Pulis has though Nugent- I would still have him!! ;D I think he would be a risk worth taking

I mentioned this on another thread. I think Riggot shoudn't be to big a risk as he can just sit back all game but an unfit striker is no good to us.
