3 - Too long to change not picking a balanced team.

2 Diao is obviously not bothered, Pugh is not as good as Dickinson at left back, and the substitutions?? Completely baffling Buxton even as sub, How did he get there? When Gally came on and we played it on the floor we looked a lot better.

4 - A few mistakes today and a poor result and very poor scoreline.

To be fair to Buxton, he looked competent when he came on. Better than Cort.

5 - at the start of the game I was irritated that Pugh was at LB rather then CM.
I'm baffled by why we keep playing Cresswell wide, when we have both a wide man on the bench, and have "allegedly" not taken Scott Sinclair because we cannot promise him games.
After the sending-off, I thought the Wilko sub was a gimme - and if you are going to take a striker off and have to pick between Mama and Ric, it has to be Mama every time.
Buxtons inclusion was a suprise, but I don't think he is as bad as some do. He suffers from being "Little Ants" friend.
Tonys pre-match TV interview, and conduct during the game worries me. I think the pressure is starting to tell. I genuinely hope I'm reading the signs wrongly.

he's had his high scores off me, even when we've lost but when he persists, almost out of stubbornness with Diao for one when he's clearly not ready/fit/whatever baffles me

4 - bad decisions in team selection, pigheaded loyalty to a couple of players who just aren't doing it, didn't manage to inject much extra at half time. Sorry Tone, but it hasn't been a great week at the office.

The team that he put out against Newcastle at Home, for example, was a much better outfit than this. It shows what a bad move it was letting John Eustace go - our midfield is completely useless now, offering no protection to our defence whatsoever.

After a few 8's and 9's in recent weeks, sorry Tone only 4 this time! I know it's easy to criticize with the benefit of hindsight and was complicated by the sending off, but his original selection (I won't go into it now) was decidedly 'iffy' and his substitutions were not imaginative enough.

It's a 3 from me - worse performance I've seen for a very long time.
