The classic of being more interested in a dopey goal celebration afterwards than putting the ball in the net, there must be at least 20 of these every week these days.

Why the Shadenfreude with Ade.
Hes actually a nice guy and potentially saved us from oblivion

I would rather have Ade than Mama any day of the week.
I was watching the Championship this morning and there are plenty of big powerful strikers who can actually score knocking around - we missed a perfect one in Adebola for a start. At the end of the day, yes Mama does a job but there are better players out there doing the Mama role better

It was us who saved his career, He played his part in a team Which included some very astute signings by Tony Pulis. He then proceeded to spit his dummy out and in the process shit all over the club and it's supporters. He deserves everything he gets.

i would pick mama over most of the championship strikers. OK, he hardly scores, OK he never scores, but still do we really need him to. we're 2nd top scorers in the league and his play works for the team

Paterson was another for example. Fact is he scored the goal against Reading when we needed it badly and at the time (and now) Im thankful to him for that. If hes on £5k a week perhaps he does deserve everything he gets

How is Paterson the same as Ade? Have I missed something?

The circumstances were entirely different though. Paterson didn't sign a contract because he'd had an offer of first team football elsewhere that we couldn't guarantee him. Ade's name had become a punchline in football until Pulis gave him a chance to revitalise his career, and he repaid that faith in him by locking himself in Rudgie's room and demanding more money after just over a season with the club.
