Does anyone have this please?
I want to e-mail him, as others have, about the difficulty of getting through to the ticket office on the 0871 number. I tried 4 times this morning (I was disconnected a couple of times, once after being on hold for over 5 minutes, probably 10) and was constantly told I was number 1 in the queue whilst being kept waiting 'forever'.
Once you get through, the ticket office staff are very good- I was amused by being called 'duck', which doesn't happen very often in Croydon! - but Mr Scholes should try the line himself to see how frustrating the long wait is...
Thanks.

tony.scholes@stokecityfc.com I emailed for the same thing and got the following reply (he forwarded it on to someone else: Liam I apologise that you have had trouble with the ticket line, I will look into the matter to make sure it is working to the standard that is required by our supporters. We are currently busy but I have just checked there is only 6 people in the queue, therefore it may be worth trying this afternoon or if you are in the area on match-days the ticket office is open from 9am until half time for ticket sales. There is a match-day premium of £1 extra to pay but it may work out cheaper than waiting in the queue. Hope this is of some help to you. Regards Chris Gater Customer Service Manager. Not very helpful

Croydon Scholes is on holiday at the moment so dont expect an immediate reply. The ticket office phone is only manned by one person at any one time you would think that they would introduce a few more phones in the office wouldnt you.
