Okay we lost, not what any of us hoped for and certainly a blow, though lets be honest it was going to happen somewhere and this was a pretty obvious place all things considered. We had been getting the big build up all day from the media and it is usually the time when disaster strikes.
It could be a blessing in disguise, once more they will return to their opinion that we are likely to blow it, on sky sports tonight the so called experts were still in denial that Brazil weren’t going to grab an automatic place, well that is what we want, put the pressure back on them and allow us to regroup.
The reaction should be one of disappointment, yes I am gutted, though it’s hardly terminal. The fact that a few weeks ago we lost to Charlton and then bounced back with 5 straight wins. We wont be the only ones to lose a game we thought we’d win, Saturday was proof of that. All the promotion hopefuls will drop points at unexpected times, it’s how you respond to a defeat that is the issue.
If we circle the wagons and come away from Sundays game with three points, then like after the Charlton game we will soon forget tonight once again, it wont be the only swing or roundabout between now and May, though the big picture is what matters.
So yes gutted, again like after Charlton maybe now we will bring in a couple of quality loans, that would once more boost the dressing room, it’s mot so much about when you lose, it’s more about what happens after you lose. If they show the same resilience as they have so far this season then we still have plenty to look forward to.
We are still league leaders, who knows what will happen Saturday, maybe Watford and Bristol City will falter and we could still go into Sunday top of the league or second, for me champions would be nice but hell I will settle for runners up come May, either gets you a ticket to the big time and for me, first or second matters not a jot, as long as you are promoted and I honestly still believe we will be.

Agree Ted
Its frustrating knowing how poor this division is
That said, we cannot expect top romp away at the top of this division - we are not THAT good. It will go to the wire IMHO and we will need to keep our nerve. The teams that do will get promotion.

A disappointing result is not the end of the world. Let's learn from it and bounce back.

Absolutely right Ted. We're not Arsenal - we're not even Blackburn - nowhere close - bad days are inevitable. Knowing TP he will use this as a kick up the arse
