I'm still waiting for my away card, I was all prepared to go, especially as i'm working 10 mins from the gound this week.
Am I correct in saying I won't get in unless I have an way card???? ????

If you tell the club you have applied and are awaiting your card they will sort you out I believe. Go down and ask, I think it will be worth your while.

Tean, sit with the PNE fans mate, the PNE crowd are usually a decent bunch and unless you take the piss by wearing colours or make yourself known as a Stokie you'll be fine.
You can drink with the Stoke fans before the game and soak in the atmosphere.
Jobs a good un.

Well done Stokies.
Thats good going. With relatively short notice for the game and it being a night match, to (potentially) sell out our allocation is very good
More of the same for the remaining games please!

Remember going there a few years back and was a club at the ground they let us in and was very cheap- don't know what goes today but worth checking out. Was interviewed for 'Standing Room Only' after coming out worst for wear and giving my thoughts on Graham Taylor ???
Always enjoyed the trip there- nice ground and mainly decent folk on my many visits - unfortunately my sister got married the day we came back to win 4-3 ??? Selfish of her

Thanks for the reply
Do I have to show my away card to get in to away grounds. Is it a case of no card no entry??
And what time does the ticket office close tonight or open in the am??

Tean: No card no entry.
5.30 shut tonight...9.00 in the morning.

Tean as potters11 says try and get the club (stoke) to add you to a guest list as your card hasn't arrived yet (assuming you've ordered one)
I had my wallet pinched the week of QPR away last season and my ID card went with it. Stoke were pretty much useless and offered me the wonderful solution of having my money back on the ticket!!
I went to QPR and took my passport and told the stewards that Stoke had said it'd be alright! They didn't argue. desperate measures for desperate times!!

I forgot my away card for the Wolves game. I gave my name and address to the SCFC steward and he let me in, no problem.

Preston have always had a canny following. They've always bought a good turnout to Stoke. Often helped with them being there or thereabouts around the top six.
I can remember a 2-2 a Deepdale under Lou. I think we were losing 1-0 and then turned it round to be winning 2-1. Must have been 3/4000 Stokies that day. We filled the away end when it was still a standing area c92/93.
