Did anyone else happen to see the unfortuate bloke in the Titswich fans with half a face.
A brave guy with some guts watching his team play away from home! What you could call a true supporter!

i saw him on the way home, i couldn't believe my eyes felt sorry for him all the way home. doesn't look like he spends his days feeling sorry for himself though does he, i admired him! if something caused me to be in a similar situation id be locked inside wallowing in self pitty. he may have half a face, but he is twice the man!

What a great bloke, I hope he gives more people the confidence to get out there. Facial disfigurements are the hardest disability in many ways because it's where people look first. I've had to get used to being gawped at in the wrong way myself and it's a difficult and painful thing but I think I'd have found it considerably tougher, emotionally, if people were staring at lack of face rather than not having legs. Normally as you know I'll have an argument with anybody (!) but was actually too upset on this guy's behalf to respond to the 'elephant man' post last night, so it's really heartwarming to find this post today.

Didn't log on last night so missed this thread, but it doesn't sound to appealing, anyone got a link so i can go smiting!
