After consistent 20k+ attendances we have all noticed the flaws in the stadium/current matchday arrangements.
Starting before the match. People moan about how long it takes to get off the car park after the match, but as we arrived at the ground at 5 past 2 today, both slip roads on the westbound carriageway of the A50 were full of cars. The bridge over the A500 that goes to Sideway was full of parked cars, all the avaliable positions after the flyover were full and there was even a car parked in a bush opposite Greens and the Holiday Inn. It would be much quicker to get off the car parks if these people actually parked on the car parks instead of these ridiculous positions. There needs to be double yellow lines painted immediately after the flyover as you come from off the A50 eastbound. The club could extend the south car park and connect it to the north car park to provide extra spaces and allow the traffic to flow. Cars going towards the A50 would exit using the West car park exit and cars going towards Trentham would use the south car park exit. This way traffic would not be turning left and right out of both car parks. They could also build a slip road off the north car park onto the A50.
The Trent Car Park could be extended and another entrance/exit added and exiting this could be made right turn only to improve traffic flow.
Would a bridge be a good idea to be constructed at the top of the Penguin Trail across Stanley Matthews Way to infront of Bristol Street Motors. This surely would be a cheaper option than a subway. A subway in a few years would become a nasty place and could be a place for trouble.
Then inside the ground the toilet entrances need to be widened so 2 people can go in/out at the same time.
Some competent staff could be employed at the food kiosks, so people get served quicker at half time.
Maybe some signs at the block entrances could be put up that say seats 400-420 right hand side 399-370 left hand side etc I even saw 2 people with season tickets searching for their seats today.
A new quality Sound System and a Videoboard would complete an improved matchday experience.
Thoughts...

Thoughts - yes - send your thoughts to the club attention Steve Buxton ---- he is heading up trying to answer these questions and many more through the close season - I would think any such observations will be gratefully received.

Several hundred naked ladies giving out free beer would be ideal.
