i'd still play him before mama though so you would play a light weight smallish striker to play the target man role?

Equal calibre.......................... .............Not in Pennants natural position on the right he aint. He is. Though id much rather see him as a striker just behind Jones. fuck off is he, pennant is way better as a winger, he creates crosses out of nothing

nickscfc will be gutted that he may be back for the weekend because he is desperate to see his favourite player tuncay start a game I think Tuncay should start ;D No point risking Pennant when we have a player of equal calibre who deserves his chance to start in front of the home crowd. (Tuncay) However i've got a nasty feeling Walters might get the nod instead. If pennant is fit then it isnt a risk is it

I may be wrong here folks but this will probably not go ahead this weekend anyway or any other football that weekend for that matter, as the last royal wedding all sport was canceled for the weekend in England, Scotland & Wales and it is expected to be the same this time too. I fucking hope to god it isn't as I have been creaming about this one since I saw the fixtures, a fucking Wednesday night I bet with the royal wedding fucking it all up. I am all up for the public holiday but to cancel football that weekend too?!?! Please god no, DO NOT DO IT!!! well thats fucking wank, i couldnt give a shit about some mickey mouse wedding

I agree, thi fixture has trouble written all over it There will be thousands of Stokies up there for this. Couple this with the usual bunch of stag parties, blackpool fans, fight hungry door men, kiss me quick hats and you have arecipe for total carnage. I can't bloody wait I dont usually go games at that time of year cus of other committments but I may make an exception for this one ;D

I would be grateful if anuyone who saw this incident (in the area at the front right of the Stoke following (facing out onto the pitch with a tunnel to the right and the Albion fans in the stand down the side making contact with me. ) One the fans taken out of the ground was a 17 year old Stoke supporter who had travelled from Gloucestershire with me and he may need witness statements from people who were around him he was in Row G/H, and I am aware that a number of people who were nearby asked stewards for the details of 'who to complain to' I would particularly like to speak with a female fan who has fair 'spikey' hair. I spoke to her after the game but didn't get her phone number she was standing next to the arrested fan in question. She gave me an overview of what happened, I won't mention what she said as I don't want to influence what others saw. I would also like to speak with the Stoke fan who has long flowing hair and abeard, - the one the Baggies fans said was 'Jesus'! He was also sitting very clsoe to the incident (if you are the man in questio and you are reading this - I met you in Austria pre-season 2007 and you may remember me. I would welcome contact via the website or send me a PM direct or call me - PM first. Your assistance is much appreciated. Hi all, not looking to cause any problems, just a regular fan. Was sat near you lot on Saturday and just wanted to add my bit to this. In my opintion, the reason it got out of hand was 90% down to the lad that got chucked out originally. Not sure what he did wrong originally, but he must have done something as he was pointed out and they went to get him ejected. There were 2 female officers who went to him and he kicked off with them adn started a struggle. Thats when a couple of male officers had to pile in to overpower him anda bit of a struggle began. This was purely the fault of the lad who jsut wouldnt be taken quietly and caused as much of a commosion as he could. The only time the police caused a problem is when everybody down the front started gettign a bit vocal, and the one chap got pulled by his scarf by a policeman, and taken away. Again though, the police were probably acting on the absue they were getting and maybe could ahve handled it better, but as one of you guys has said above, as a fan you could see the most heavy handed stewards and police in the world, but if you arnt looking for trouble, there wont be a problem. Thought the game was direbut we gave away two silly pens (and both were pens despite what some of our one eyed fans say) and as always you punished us. It felt like a win to me jsut because bloody Fuller didnt score for once!! Funnily enough, I really enjoyed it ;D

I would be gobsmacked if this fixture is not moved by the police. My prediction is that you'd get at least 5,000 stokies making th ejourney upto Blackpool on a bank holiday weekend just for the piss-up alone regardless of attending the match. Pure carnage. A 4-day weekend, with Stoke away at Blackpool. Carlsberg don't do fixtures but......... I agree, thi fixture has trouble written all over it

quality full backs with pace play for world class teams, just look around the clubs and see for your self. Also most teams in the prem dont have 'quality full backs with pace', your living in a dream world if you think we will go and get some Asking for more quality and pace at RB and LB is living in a dream world? Come on Pick, there must be BETTER full backs out there with more quality and pace than Wilko and Collins!? And who said they have to be world class? I'm just asking for more quality and pace, and our defence will be fine, ok? nobody said that they have to be world class but full back like that generally are and play for top clubs

bollocks to rotating, dropping fuller for tuncay would be madness What and you think its fair that Tuncay sits on the bench for yet another home match? Whats he got to do to get a start? Tuncay had a better game than Ric v West Brom you cant really deny that. If everyone is fit then i would pick the best team to play and tuncay isnt one of the 11, I agree that ric wasnt as good as tuncay the other day but ric has played well and scored some important goals recently and hes better than tuncay is anyway I am a supporter of Stoke City FC and I want us to the best we can wheras you seem to support individual players for some reason, mainly Tuncay

ok then hank, where are these quality full backs with pace coing to come from? Who do you have in mind? It's not who I have in mind that's interesting, it's who TP has in mind - it's his job to find them, not mine, and TP knows best, doesn't he? Not easy to find quality full backs in England? Do the necessary scouting abroad, then! quality full backs with pace play for world class teams, just look around the clubs and see for your self. Also most teams in the prem dont have 'quality full backs with pace', your living in a dream world if you think we will go and get some

Walters ahead of Tuncay? I fucking despair. Yes ok the guy scored two goals last week, but lets not get ahead of our selves, he's average and with Zabelata suspended, Tuncay has to start. who instead of though?

Pennant will probably be out. If Pennant is ok stick him Tunny up top. Give Ric a go off the bench hes started the last 3 games. Just rotate...they are both great players but Tunny deserves a start at home for once. Hes started something ridiculous like 4 league games at home since we signed him. 2 of which against Wigan and Fulham he was absolutely superb. bollocks to rotating, dropping fuller for tuncay would be madness

after 3 wins on the trott now, and showing we can score goals against big teams, should we be pushing for this cup? if so do we need to sign bigger players? thoughts? ;D We have to be patient until 1st priority: quality RB with pace 2nd priority: quality CM playmaker 3rd priority: quality LB with pace have arrived... THEN we're ready for Europe. ok then hank, where are these quality full backs with pace coing to come from? Who do you have in mind?
