She has all the requisite FIFA coaching badges. Therefore if they stopped her she could sue for sexual discrimination.
Personally, I don't think she'd go to a team bottom of league 2, she might try for a better club at some point though. Good luck to her.

I agree Alan. I don't know if the game is yet ready for a woman manager at the top level but if she did decide to go into management in the men's game she deserves a better club than Grimsby to showcase her ability.
