I take it Pulis is fearing the worst regarding Huth by not risking wilko, still a strong side out though.

Not exactly needing a rocket scientist to help work it out though!

At least it's a firm indicator he'll be playing Wilko RB on Satdee.

I thought that - Tuncay cant even get a game in the reserves ;D Goarrrrn Mama by the way Obviously our Ginga Ninja is now second string to Beattie - not sure that is warranted That side though does show we have much more depth than last season

To be fair, Wilko hasn't played for the reserves in a reserves league game for a long time.
I'm not 100% sure when he last did, but definitely not this season (even though there's only been 2 or 3 matches) and as he was a first team regular for the most part last season, it was probably only the first couple of last seasons reserve matches he was in the second string squad.
So even if he is set to play, or not this forthcoming Saturday at Spurs, tonights team is of no indication of the line-up for that, as i wouldn't expect him to feature for the second string anyhow.

I'm sure Wilko will come in for Huth. Just thinking that team could hold its own at Championship level easily.

Fookin' Nantwich. My thoughts exactly, home games played in a different county? Strange old carry on that.

That's not right at all fella. Wilko played against Brum and played well.

Good luck to Mama tonight, hope he comes through it alright.
I also hope that we don't see him in the first team until he's had at least 2 months' worth of reserve team football. He could be thrown straight back into the team playing at 50% like his comeback last season and then get himself injured again. Nobody wants that.

Being second string to Beatts won't matter to Kits, if Beatts continues to lose his mind, as on Saturday. Going beserk if you're furious with your defence, after conceding a poor goal, as was John Terry, is one thing and most supporters would love a captain like that. But risking fracturing your metatarsals and being uncontrollably crazed, when you've just scored a goal, is cause for a brain scan, I fear.

To be honest - I prefer the fired up version of Beatts that we saw on Saturday than the one we've seen so far this season who sometimes hasn't looked that interested. Although I did wince a bit when he went for the hoarding. I thought John Terry just looked ridiculous jumping up and down like a spoilt toddler, and I certainly wouldn't like a captain like him after his shameful behaviour at the Brit.

I thought Beatts celebration was fantastic! Thats the passion I like to see from Stoke Players.
In hindsight, kicking the boards was probably a bad idea from a prospective injury point of view, but it was bloody great watching it at the time!
