Does it actually work? Every time I click a seat it says I need to add it to my basket, even though there doesn't seem to be an option to do so. I'm after a chelsea ticket and was hoping to avoid having to get ready and nip up hanley to get them but seems I may have to do that now unless I'm missing something on the page.

It`s like any online shop, you find an available seat, they`re coloured green, click on it to add it to your shopping basket then follow the steps through checkout.Simples ;D
Hope this helps, always works for me.

Its pretty straight forward to use. Though when I've changed the delivery address a couple of times, for some reason Stoke posted them to the normal one. Luckily there was time to re direct them.

Every time I was clicking on a green seat it came up with some daft message about it not being available or something. Wasn't worth faffing about with given how few seats there seemed to be in the area I wanted to sit in at that time of day so I just went up hanley and got my ticket there instead.
I got the jist from the key the green seats were the available ones, but the problem was when clicking it an error message would come up. I suspect some of the seats marked as available weren't actually available and it was a database error somewhere along the line.

It did say on the website that tickets for the Chelsea game were not available on SCFC direct so i bought my girlfriends ticket along with the multibuy for Portsmouth from the ground. Maybe that had something to do with it?
ETA Just seen that it now says you have to have made a past purchase so it might be that the site wasn't working right at the time you were trying.
