1.5m a better price prefer him to Sonko but we don't really need him and will free up wages of about 20k a week.

He can go there. He won't improve them defensively, and their doomed if he's the long term replacement for Turner.
I'd wish him well though, good lad is Leon. Always gives his best, good professional.
Rather they snapped up Sonko though! With el Orange one, being quoted in the press .... 'Sonks is a top draw defender....End of'..

If Leon goes, I wish him well, he's been a model professional for us during his time here, never heard him complain once while he was out of the side. I doubt he will now get a chance in the first team, thou i would prefer that it Was Sonko going instead of him

Leon has never let us down and scored more than his fair share of goals. If we don't sign Collins then we should consider whether or not to keep him on as extra cover.
On the other hand I will be glad to see the back of Sonko.

Ahh. It's all become clear...
TP to Olofinjana: "Go up to Hull and look out for a glowing orange man. Tell him that Leon, Griff, Ibrahima, Salif and Cressy are the key to Stoke's success…"

I wouldn't sell Cort, he is a decent defender who weighs in with a good goal ratio for a centre half.
If he gets a chance in the 1st team ( and none of us know what is round the corner for Abdy/Ryan/Huth ) I feel he could become a real asset...Ryan did it after all cos people on here wanted him gone early on last season.

Cort would be behind Collins as well though

I think Cort will be looking for a move. We have Faye, Shawcross and Huth, then if we sign a new left back Higgy will be free to cover CB. Wilko can also cover CB if needed and has more experience now. You'd think at least Cort and Sonko would leave if Collins does sign in the end.
I like Cort, decent player, prone to a few errors now and again but he's good in the air but I think we've moved on now so it's probably a good time to cash in. Add to that he'll be 30 in a couple of week so I think 1 to 2 million for him would be pretty decent.
I wish him all the best if he does move anyway, like Cresswell and a few other players, he was very important to the side in our promotion to the Prem.

I certainly don't remember any.

cort would be an excellent signing for Hull, in view of their shortage in defence. The lad doesn't stand much of a look in with our solid back line.

Like I said it is solid at moment, very solid, but who knows what is around the corner. Keep him I say, if we have to then extend the lad's deal and bung him an extra 500/pw.

Huth is desperate for action though, remember he'll need appearances to help cement a place in the Germany squad, so much so that i think he'd even play on the left if asked.

I think someone wants to waste Tango's time? Imagine Leon umming and ahhing, keeping Brown away from other signings and then at 4:45pm on Tuesday, turning around and going. "Naaa, not the right move for me Mr. Brown", while grinning like a Cheshire cat, cue Jeremy Beadle etc. The whole Leon rumor is sabotage.

I quite like Leon and he tries his heart out. I'd sooner keep him as back up than Sonko, but perhaps Sonko is on more cash. And shittier. If we get Danny Collins in, he can play at left-back which means that Higgy gets to play in his proper position from time to time.

I like Cort but he is no where near a Premier League defender.
