Today my friend you were the best player on the pitch, fought hard, good touch, looked lively, passed well and bagged a goal.
Generally showed some class.
For me son if you carry on in that vain and how you have done so far this season you should be a starter week in week out.
A new signing
Well deserved MOTM

Whelan for me, ACE performance, well done Glen!!!
Just like to give Lawrence a mention as well, although MOM was probably never going to go his way today, I thought he worked his nuts off and put in a decent performance to boot!!!

Kitson was very good today, but Whelan was the clear man of the match.
'Super' Dave looks a different player at the moment, he never stopped running and won plenty of ball in the air. Very pleased with him today, if only Ric could mirror his performance ...

Hate to say it but id be looking to start Kitson and Tuncay next game as both Beattie and Fuller look well of the pace.

I was well impressed by how many headers Kitson won today from the long balls. He seemed to get really down about that role last season.....but today his work rate was fantastic.
Lots of class touches from him too. Great to see him rewarded with a goal. GOARRN KITS!

Thought Kitson was excellent and looked a proper player today. He was calm in possession, won every header and scored with a cool finish. More of the same please Dave.

Really pleased for him 9and us0. He's come back this season and really got stuck in - think he should start games now - Fuller looked right off the pace today. Not sulking is he cos Tuncay now appears to be the fan's favourite /
Hope TP can keep them all happy and take us forward even more.

Great text on Prise and Grumble after the game "I've just seen a monkey running towards Trentham, it's the one off Kitsons back". Great performace today, Betties has alot to do to get back in the first XI.

I always had faith in Kitson. Last year doesn't matter as far as I'm concerned. I really believed he must have had some real trouble settling in at Stoke and that accounts for last year. Really happy for him really

He was mom or there abouts both today and wednesday. He owes the fans and TP and I think you can see his desire to pay it. Only Ric had a poor game, everyone else was immense.

Not heard Dave in an interview before (or don't remember doing so)....and he seems an intelligent, thoughtful, and pretty clued up bloke. Excellent news to hear his positivity towards the supporters (and that must mean the area ?). I really think the only way is up, for Dave. Christ we've got some competition for places, and good news all round. Pulis is really earning his bread

I may be being cynical, but the is a niggling part of me that thinks Big Dave is playing to put himself in the window to secure a move away.

I agree, Kits was man of the match for me, no doubt about it. The thing that struck me, was that he was giving a fookin good impression of Teddy Sheringham, not blessed with real pace, but speed of thought & a great touch, cwhat a ball for Rick in the second half!!
I think Kits has really put the squeeze on Beatts, which causes all sorts of probles for TP, but what a problem eh!! Mmmm, who should I pick out of Kitson, Fuller, Beatty, Tuncay, Mama (When fit) Who would have thought we would have such an embarrasment of riches!
Lets enjoy the ride!!
