I'm not one to exaggerate, but I'd rank this signing alongside JFK's assassination, the moon landings, and 9/11 as a newsworthy event.

I was at work, and received a text from our resident trawler of Latvian transfer rumour sites, Fuller Magic. At first I thought he'd babblefished some pile of crap that a bored 13 year old in Istanbul had written, but on closer inspection it appeared that he was right.
