As we approach the 7 year anniversary of him doing a moon light flit to Sunderland, I wonder if he regrets that decision ? Great he's failed to get gigs at Crewe Alex, Yeovil, Cheltenham etc and doesn't even appear on TV as an 'expert' any more - Knob !!
I wonder how good he could have been

I was working in Cheltenham when Cotterill had his wonder years, he was doing a lot with a team of ordinary players. Everyone round here was gutted when he left Cheltenham but generally felt that he was bound for better things.
Then after five minutes at Stoke, all of sudden he declared that he was too good a coach for Stoke's players. The betrayal and the arrogance were enough for most of us, but plenty of people round Cheltenham thought he was probably right and deserved a shot at a Premiership team.
I have learned over the years what crap judgement the people of Cheltenam have.

Stoke, Sunderland & Burnley. Three teams that he was utter shit at and whom are now all playing their football in the Premier League. And where is Quiterill???

No doubt the jug eared cunt is taking the plaudits of having influence on all three teams recent success. Something the arrogant prick thinks he had a hand in. It's probably already on his CV.

I thought it was TP that was holding us back?
From the platform that Cotterill and Kevan gave us, surely we should be winning at Anfield by now?

Last year on Sky he said something like "I've managed at Stoke, i know how passionate the supporters can be"
The only tim ehe saw our real passion was at Burnley away when people were trying to rip his ears off.
Qu'est qu'un cunter, as they say in Le Mans

Thing is he went to work with that dinosaur thinking it was a step up. He went from manager to assistant thinking he was moving forward. What a foolish assumption.

I remember I was on holiday in Greece when the news broke. There I was walking down Roda high street in Corfu, quietly satisfied with the start we'd made;when there gurning out of the back page of the day old Daily Mirror is Cotterills smug chops. I phoned the old man to find out if it was true,(and the Vale supporting twat that he is)happily informed me that it was.It right put a damper on the rest of the holiday.
