If he's wearing a red and white striped shirt, I would think very good ;-)

He's got to get a good reception because as you've said he's a Stokie at heart who would've loved to have been able to score for us but just didn't get the chance.

He'll get a good reception I think - he was never the right size for a Pulis forward so never got a really decent crack at it. Shame he'll be on the losing side.

Fair points made and I agree. I just hope: 1. he doesnt score. 2. the crowd dont turn on him as he seems a decent lad and a Stokie at heart.

When he scored for Sunny against us two seasons back he refused to celebrate, which was a pretty honourable thing to do, especially when you think how euphoric he must have felt. He'll get a good reception from me. Be nice to see another Stokie in the Prem. All the best Patto.

our record at The Brit v the Clarets is appaling
I will be very happy with a score draw.
fancy us to win at Blues.
Anfield will either be 0.0 again or 0.5
thats my guess anyroad.

good reception because he's a Stoke fan and showed us the respect when scoring against us for Scunny. I wouldn't put in the class as a loyal Stoke servant because he didn't play enough and was offered a contract on leaving.

He'll get a nice round of applause from me when his name is read out. He deserves that for his lack of celebration when he scored for Scunny two seasons ago.
