I have seen him at a few festivals , where he was really good , and also saw him at the men arena a while back , where to be honest again he wasn't so good . He didn't really seem that bothered that night . However i still love this tune

Cripes we've been moved . Yes it was an e.p i bought with 3 tracks . i dont know off hand what the song name is , but its probably the one they are most famous for, the bbc used it for a soundtrack to one of there nature programmes . and the second song on the e.p { which i also don't have the name of } - sorry , sounds like the first only in reverse , if that makes sense . Any way yas a big fan of sigor ros here . Maybe you could recomend some more of there music Kyle? . Also regarding radiohead , 'just ' is one of my all time favourite videos .

as much of a legend that ian brown is, to say that these are the best lyrics of all time is way off. very good song though, abit of sigor ros is a treat, just makes you feel happy and radiohead are the best band on the planet. but apart from that im not very opinionated.

glosoli is a brilliant song from that album aswell, useually overshadowed in most peoples by hoppipolla, but if you listen to it all the way through, it has one of the most epic endings of a song in the history of music. everything comes together perfect.

ahhh i see mate. The title track is infact Hoppipolla itself and was the one used by the beeb and the second track is Halfsol i believe although don't have it to hand at the moment (it's out on loan to a mate) and as far as sigur ros goes, Takk is the best starting point as far as an album goes, nice and complete and rounded. Although their best album is the latest one með suð í eyrum við spilum endalaust but you need to listen to takk to fully get into it if that makes sense? Radiohead are superb can't wait to see them at Leeds this year but more excited about Muse in October asthey are simply the best live band on the planet

glosoli is quite wonderful although personally from takk it has to be Saeglopur or Milano speaking of Milano have you seen the Vinyl version of the album ben?, where it comes on its on seperate disc that has the artwork engraved in the back? it is perhaps my most prized possesion

Very clever song, lyrically one of the best ever. A pity Brown can't sing live.
I agree that Muse are a sensational live band; Radiohead will be good at Reading as well. If we're talking clever lyrics, you can't go too far wrong with The Smiths/Morrissey.

haha yeah wembley was fucking phenomenal, and that was a pretty tame crowd really, if you want to really experience them Leeds/Reading or one of their own shows is the place, the place gets torn apart and i know what you mean only like 6 or so weeks now, just want them to fill out the rest of the mainstage tbh, and put the FR stage in order so i can get some sort of idea of who i'm seeing clash wise

Leed line up is th best this year since 2003 imo, radiohead, the prodigy and ian brown would be enough for me to be honest.
