After Mrs Hopkinson died in February of 2008 the Crown Prosecution Service reviewed this case in order to establish whether or not it was possible to prove the cause of Mrs Hopkinson's death was directly attributable to the defendant and his actions. Consent was subsequently sought, and granted by the Attorney Generals Office, to pursue a further prosecution for the offence of murder.
Brough was acquitted after Mr Keith Prosser, acting chief crown prosecutor told the court that during the trial "sufficient doubts have been raised for the judge to order an acquittal."
If they spoke plain English with a bit of luck the twat would be hanging as i typed this, goes a bit like this.....Did he beat her up ? YES, Did she die as a result of this YES, to the gallows with him, Broadway...will you pull the handle YES.

It is plain English to those trained in the field of law, you get to understand the language and how words are interperted. There have been great criticisms over the years and attempts to reform the law so that it is easier to understand.

But i was told that this Guy took the wrap for another low life who was his accomplice. Maybe the case is ongoing and he might have turned Queens and the Police might be looking for the other piece of shit as we speak. Certain people on here seem to have a bit more local knowledge than most. I hope the other cunt gets caught and caged.  |

Arthur, while i hope you are right and the tosser who actually assaulted Ada is brought to justice i wouldn't hold your breath. The Police had evidance and statements from another 2 youths who were there yet still haven't charged him. |

Arthur it inner an adjective mate. An adjective describes a noun as in "blue coat" where "blue" is the adjective describing the noun "coat". So where Sal describes him as a "pathetic little cunt" "pathetic little" is the double adjective describing the noun "cunt". Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
