no, would absolutely love to though! It took me a while to get into Zappa as It's so hard to know what record to buy first, seeing as he has about 50. I bought Hot Rats a few years ago though and thats what sold him to me, the guys a genius, the likes of which we won't see again in the music world for a long time

I'm trying to get as many Zappa records as I can, I love Bobby Brown and Jewish Princess on Sheik ;D My favourite Zappa vinyl has got to be either Weasel's Ripped My Flesh or Hot Rats

Why was Zappa never quoted on the brown wings thread? For those not familiar with the fabulous FZ, check out lyrics 3 minutes in

As if there are other Zappa fans out there, I thought I was the only person with any taste on here ;D Hot Rats is quality & if you like that kinda stuff you should also get 'Shut up 'n play yer guitar' another quality album. Word of warning to anyone just getting into Zappa though, a lot of his albums are completely nuts (There is no other way to describe them... You'll see what I mean when you listen to them ) Favourite Zappa song has gotta be Muffin Man... How fooking ace is he on guitar.

Another Zappa fan here. Saw him in 84 and The Muffin Men with Jimmy Carl Black 7 or 8 years ago.
My favourite line up has to be the Roxy & Elsewhere era

This is my rarest zappa item it came as a large box which when opened all the band popped up in cardboard fashion playing live on stage with an audience. It came with a sticker, badge and t-shirt.I got the cassette one.I think its worth around £300-£350 the cassette one is extremely rare. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beat_the_Boots
