Lampard is the best player I've seen at home this year bar none! H I agree. Hangeland was good but we played into his hands/head Mama went off, we put Cressy up front and still pumped long balls straight on to the blokes head. Pissed me off that did!

Gerrard was woeful in both games against us I thought. Lampard on the other hand was Chelsea's MOTM both times and is the player I've been most impressed by in the flesh (compared to expectations).

Bayern is it ok if I save your 'I agree' post because I reckon it's the first time anyone has ever agreed with me on a footballing matter in 10 years!

Lampard and Scholes are by far the best players down the Brit this season. Hangeland was very good as was Vidic in defensive terms.

Very suprising list mate, I don't recall defoe having much of an impact at the brit - maybe something to do with the fact he was still at pompey!

I'd go with
Jussi
Bosingwa - Johnson - Hangeland - Lescott
Gutierrez - Bullard - Lampard - Tuncay
Cahill
Anelka

Got to mention Marlon King, nothing amazing for Boro, but when he was up front for Hull he had a blinder - completely isolated up front for much of the match getting nothing but massive hoofs played to him and was still coming away with the ball more often than not even when abdy and shawcross were 2 on 1 on him. If him and fuller didn't hate eachother then he'd be a perfect sidibe.

Best team to visit the Brit was Chelsea..by a country mile..couldn't get the ball off them for large periods of the game..and they looked like they were still in second gear
Best Player for me was Luka Modric (Tottenham)..thought he was absolutely outstanding and ran his little socks off..everytime he got the ball I started shitting myself because he looked like creating something out of nothing)
Also Lescott (Everton) and Bullard (Fulham) were very impressive

I was thinking more about players rather than teams Edo, but Chelsea were certainly the most comfortable winners at the Brit. I also thought Everton and West Ham were decent sides. Away from the Brit, Spurs are the best I have seen this season. They absolutely murdered us for an hour. Spot on mate..Aaron Lennon ripped us to pieces...
