As they try and trim the wage bill, Oldham have got rid of Crossley, Lee Hughes and Andy Liddell.
Crossley is still, in my mind, in the top five Pulis signings.

He almost single handedly kept us up that year, and will certainly go down with the likes of Taggart and Faye as one of TP's very best signings.

I wonder if he is taking his coaching badges. I'm sure he'd make a good goalkeeping coach - very vocal as I remember.

John- He's been doing some coaching at Oldham. It would be nice to see him back at the Brit in a few years.

Best keeper I've seen play for Stoke. He was world class. Get him in as goalie coach or a youth goalie coach, Tone!

Who is the goal keeping coach at Stoke? Surely they can't be the motivator that Crossley would be? If I was TP, I'd be on the phone to him this morning.
PS - I wonder what his keeping is like these days? Not that he could be our number 1 or even number 2 but as an emergency keeper it might be worth taking him on as coach but keeping his playing registration valid. I bet he'd be more use as back up than Matteo has been.

Who is the goal keeping coach at Stoke? I think it's Andy Quy first team and Ronnie Sinclair working with youth.
