anyone - & surely loads of us have - been past Walsalls biscuit tin ground lately?
its got more adverts than Exchange & Mart & looks bloody awful OK they need the money but were not quite so much in need of the wonga.

I'm with the council on the windbreak, you wouldn't want any advertising tarnishing the majestic views of the incinerator and the A50. We'll just get it filled in now
