now we are safe it would be good to see some of them to get a full 90 for the remainder of the season, so we can have a good look at them? We must have a promising youngster or two?
Also, now the job is done and we are safe, playing such players maybe a good idea, they should be hungry to impress?
It could just be that our 'first teamers' minds are now on their holidays?.... but they deserve it at the end of the day, so lets put a few fringe/loanees/youth teamers in for a go.

I would still play the strongest possible XI for the remaining two games, we can still finish 10th and 11th and despite our magnificent achievements we should remained focussed on trying to get that position if we can.

Agreed and that's what Tone will do, if we can finish 11th, that will be a massive achievement!

I'm not sure. I'd like to see us put out a strong a team as possible for the final home game, just as an opportunity to let us give our appreciation to them at the end of a long season. I wouldn't like to see us smashed to pieces against Arsenal either.

Higher the position the more money, + i like to see my team win, enjoy it a little more you see? So Feilding our youth team/reserves woldn't be very enjoyable to watch at all i don't think.

all stokies enjoy seeing stoke win, but if we never give any youth a game or two how are they supposed to develop? and when is a better time to do it?
Wenger, Ferguson, Moyes, moyes in particualar brings youth in well, its the way forward imo,
do we not have any real promising youngsters?

Wedderburn would be the one as hes the only 2nd year being retained. There are a few first years who look very promising but could do more damage than good at this stage for a few of them due to the physical development they are going through in getting ready for first team football in 12 months time. TP seems to like Louis Moult, a skillful striker, and I reckon he would be one where it would do him good to get half an hour or so plus Rodney McDonald has had a fine season, very much in the Ryan Shotton mould, then you have people like Andy Nicholls, box to box midfielder, and Tom Urwin, pacey winger with all the tricks, who are on fire at the minute but may not be able to stand the physical side of the Premier League right now but given another 6/12 months will be a different story
