It's tricky all round this one, but I agree with Davef - the club have got to be able to support the system that they use. There's too many stories of problems out there and I have my own story to add to the mix. The one thing the club have GOT to get right if they use a system like this is to administer the system properly - they should ask YOU for your customer number and make that a key part of the system.
However, something has really pissed me off and it isn't the club's doing. I enquired after a ticket that was offered up on the tickets sub-board and thinking it was a lifeline for this game to sit together with a mate rather than go alone (fun eh? he misses out by 1 game that has gone 'missing' in the system). A PM later and the price quoted is £75.
Come on, I know times are hard but this really is bollocks. If you can't make it, face value plus maybe a small amount for your trouble. But trying to make money out of Stokies keen to do just the same thing they did even when they were travelling to Wycombe or Brentford? Like my arse.

on the flip side, and not designed to rub it in or anything, but i have got up to 5 tickets over the phone for all but one away match(newcastle), and all the names have the right amount of games against their names, and i have never had a problem. i have personally never had an issue with the ticket office.
i am thankful for that as obviously i have to do all the tickets over the phone as we live in banbury.
also i have never checked on scfcdirect to see if it is correct on there, i might do that in a minute.
i know there have been a lot of issues with people having suffered the same problem as you no1stokie,and i hope you can get it resolved for next season.

I had been to 10 this season and cued up for an hour to get my Hull tickets. I gave the chap at the window my season ticket and he looked on his list and said that i hadn't been to ANY away matches all season! I told him to check on my purchase history which showed up a duvet cover, socks an alarm clock etc, all purchased from the club shop as well as 8 away matches. Bolton and Wigan away wernt showing and he was basically telling me to get lost. I went to Bolton and Wigan with my son on the Junior Red & Whites coach, which also provides the entrance tickets. The joker at the window said that the Junior Red and Whites Club was classed as CORPORATE and wouldn't show on his system, so as far as he was concerned I had only been to 8! My son was the Stoke mascot at Wigan, and this clown was saying I hadn't been! I was starting to raise my voice at this point and another person from the ticket office appeared at the window and told the clown to give me my Hull tickets. 1 hour and 15 minutes later I went away with my tickets. I have since written and rang the ticket office who have now put all of the matches I have been to on my purchase history STM

I have the best one to dat i believe. Went to get my Arsenal tickets the other day and he said i wasn't even a season ticket holder....lol. He looked on the print out sheet to see if i was eligible for tickets and it said i was and i got my tickets. Why do they have a print out of eligible names on a seperate sheet they tick off?? Is this becausse they can't rely on the info on their computer system? Sort it out Stoke and get the Arsenal tickets on general sale before the end of the week to keep fans interested in going as we want this game to be a sell out for us + why haven't they disclosed the amount of tickets we have been allocated again??

8 minutes in the queue - not too bad
No idea when the next level comes out, club hasnt passed that information on. Sources say its more than likely to go to another level. No idea how many are left.
