"The fans love me and I love the fans."
"Every game the supporters come and I think they are the best supporters in the world."
"I think Tony is the best."
"I stay at Stoke City forever."
What an absolute ledge!!!

That's made my week. He's the sort of player that could go on well into his thirties too.
I think it's a bit strange they didn't edit what he was saying to make it gramatically correct. How hard would it have been for them to change "before, everyone does not believe" to did not believe? This way makes him sound a little silly.

Maybe it got missed as they were editing out the 50 times he said he was "very happy"

For the Newcastle game son no1 and myself got an invite to the Waddo suite and son no1 won a signed ball, for correctly guessing the crowd, presented by Abdy. On presenting the prize TC asked Abdy one of his usual 'searching' questions to which there was no easy answer so the legend simply replied -" I love Stoke City"
Quality and couldn't have put it better myself! ;D

And he loves kissing dictaphones. Can he get any more loveable? www.whydelilah.co.uk/news/11_May_2009/Show+of+defiance+from+battle-hardened+troops.htmlThere’s not every reporter that can say he’s had his dictaphone kissed by Abdoulaye Faye, but the skipper was warming up for what should be a monster celebration at home to Wigan on Saturday.
Faye interrupted an interview with Leon Cort to hug his fellow defender, bellow “Party tonight!” and plant a smacker on the recording equipment before bowling off into the startled embrace of club website interviewer Phil Lawton.
The dictaphone, unwashed of course, will shortly be on sale on ebay. Proceeds will go to out-of-pocket Irish bookmakers

I think it might be a good idea for Tone to invite Abdy along to all negotiations with prospective new players in the summer. I mean, who do you think is more likely to persuade them to come to Stoke, our skipper or our chief executive?

Brilliant idea. ;D Abdy should be allowed to do whatever he wants at Stoke, whenever he wants to do it, and for exactly as long as he wants to do it for.
