I'm struggling to hide my anxiety about staying up. At the beginning of the season I'd already accepted the fact that we were quite likely to get relegated BUT I was happy to enjoy a season in the sun. Now, I'm nervous for days before the game and only feel happy for a day or so before getting nervous again! Last year I almost expected us to do well (after many years of mid table obscurity and nothing much to stress me out!) Please Stoke, win on Saturday and let me enjoy the last three games

I would have agreed a month ago, but mot now. Not really
Sure we're not mathematically safe but I just don't feel anxious..

I don't feel as anxious as at the start of January. I'm pretty confident we'll stay up. A draw will see us safe assuming Newcastle and Middlesbrogh don't win!

I don't feel as anxious as at the start of January. I'm pretty confident we'll stay up. A draw will see us safe assuming Newcastle and Middlesbrough don't win! Not quite but we'd be bloody unlucky to get relegated if we draw and Boro & Newcastle lose. If we draw on sat, and they lose it leaves us 9 points clear of boro with 9 points still at stake in the final 3. So technically we could lose all 3 games, boro win all 3 games and we could then go down on goal difference (as we would have shipped some goals and they would naturally have scored some). This also still requires the other teams below us to pick up a few more points along the way. Its an unlikely scenario but could happen, of course, we haven't got the point against West Ham yet. A win would be amazing!!! I'm going on holiday for 2 weeks on sunday, I'd love it if I could sit back & relax knowing that we are 100% guaranteed safety!!

Much easier than this time last year. Time to dust off the party frocks guys before you start worrying about next season

I think we will stay up now without another point, but I would like to see us get as high as possible to get more money for the war chest.

Loved the whole season and the closer we get to certain safety the better I feel. But no matter what its been a great 9 months so far ......

Enjoy the pressure - it is much better than apathy.

Today will be the first match for a while without that stomach-churning sick-in-the-pit-of-your-stomach feeling.
Still desperately want the win but I'm breathing much easier.

Getting nervous after that.
Pretty much think we only have the Wigan game to get what we need. No chance at Arsenal (although I hope) and you can write Hull off thanks to our dreadful away form.
Really needed a point today.
