Two soldiers which are brothers are back at home for a break after serving in Iraq.
They purchase tickets for todays match because not only are they Stokie's but it is very rare that they are both at home together.
Afterwards upon getting home my wife spoke to their mother who then went onto explain the above mentioned story and at 1pm they heard the Stoke report on Sky Sports News and then and only then did they realise that it was a 12:30pm kick off.
Their mother then drove them to the stadium and they were in time to watch the second half. All turned out well in the end, but you cannot help but laugh.
