Tavish McMousehound Reporting Apr 2009:
After pushing themselves to all but safety yesterday Stoke City Fc could be charged with bringing the game into disrepute by the FA, the charge is supposedly levelled at Stoke for "Playing the Intent to Stay up" Wilf Henry-Smithington aged 98 a spokesman for the FA said "we at the FA were fully aware of Stoke intentions to avoid relegation and we werent happy and their early season abusive assault on precious arsenal was a scandal but we were moved to give them a chance to rectify this"
it is thought that the FA would forgive Stoke the crime of "staying up" if they did it on goal difference so everyone could always say they were lucky but with yesterdays win it seems Stoke are not content with this and may even push to finish higher than 17th!
A panel has been assembled to look into the possibilty of adding a relegation spot to mid table, the panel members have been picked at random and are Arsene Wenger, Tony Mowbray, Mick Quinn and Adolf Hitler, developments to follow when we get them
