With Stoke only a disaster of epic proportions away from being safe, and looking like a midtable finish, what effects will this have on the 3 newly promoted sides? Will they be subject to the same piss taking, scoffing, humiliation, and cheap shots that we were subject to not just over the summer but over the season by the media? Or have we closed the gap between the Premiership and The Fizzy Pop League. For my thinking, whichever 3 sides come up, surely they conna be as bad as the 3 or 4 who manage to hang on this season. If the bottom three stays as it is, then sides like Hull, Blackburn, Sunderland, Portsmouth are surely going to be there or thereabouts again next season without serious investment/ personnel change. I personally think that the reason that we've pissed so many people off this season is because we've smashed the illusion of the so called greatest league in the world. We may have 4 of the best club teams in the world in this league, but apart from them and maybe 3 or 4 others, the league is dog shit. This weekends games, and the quality on display only go to show this. And we were only involved in one of those games! The greatest league in the world wouldn't allow a team of physical, one trick pony, neanderthols, to climb up as high as 12th, now surely would it? So is the League a lot shitter than the media darlings would have us believe, or are we due a lot more credit than we've been given. The answer for me is both, and I genuinely hope that the so called pundits remember how stupid they've been made to look by us, before deciding to try and humiliate the 3 who come up....

Unfortunately the 3 promoted clubs will still be ridiculed and belittled and it is up to them to react as we did (fight back) or act as west brom did (try and play like a premier side 'should') i kinda hope were still down there as favourites for the drop and the media still hate us because it seems to do us wonders

Skybet have already installed Wolves as odds-on for relegation next season. I reckon, though, that next season's certainties are Portsmouth or Middlesbrough, if they hang on this year. Both clubs are bust and will have to sell.
Did you notice Kanu scored for Portsmouth? I would bet he's been taking home more than anybody in the Stoke team: no club would pay a fee for him, or agree to match his wages.
