Assuming we stay up...
A vieira, sissoko, essien type CM - someone who is mobile, strong on the ball and can dominate a midfield i.e. a vast improvement on olofinjana
Two full-backs. Higgy and Wilko have done really well this season but if we are to progress I feel we need to strengthen this area with full backs with better distribution and attacking ability.
Another RM who can work as hard as Lawrence but with a bit more pace and agility.
Another fuller esque foward - strong, quick etc.

Disagree about Higgy. His defending is tremendous and the number of goals we have scored from his passing and crossing is stacking up.
We are in a position where we should be looking to strengthen any and every role on the pitch. For example, we are all happy with Sorro, but Robinson is surplus to requirements at Blackburn and could be obtained for a song.
No one is irreplaceable, but there are no glaring gaps in our first 11. We are in a much stronger position than 12 months ago.

One poor game and suddenly Etherington is wank?
It defies belief really.
Our current starting 11 is an excellent side. Our problem is that we have little or no strength in depth other than the goalkeeping spot.
We need all of the players mentioned in the opening post but we MUST bring in better quality players who share the same attitude, honesty and willingness as our current group of players.
Our desire, will to win and sheer bloody mindedness to give 110% in each and every game is a joy to behold and is the main reason why our players and supporters share the bond that they do right now.
Abdoulaye Faye could get into any premier league team in the country bar Manure possibly, but he plays for us, is proud to do so and quite clearly loves us as much as we love him.
The delight in being a Stokie right now is something I never thought I would experience. I just wish I had some kids of my own to share it with.

Could have sworn I have just read a thread below questioning whether he is any good or not.
Ethers had a mare yesterday in my opinion, but he is a class player, was West Ham's player of the year when they finished 8th in the Premier League and got to the FA Cup Final and was touted for an England call up.
He is better than Downing in my opinion and is a real genuine wide man. My only criticism of him is that he is a little bit "nesh" and shies away from challenges, but show me a winger that doesn't.
There was no-one nesher than Hoekstra!
