Misses another sitter. Luckily though this time it didn't cost us.

He should've buried the header and done better with the one Fuller crossed to him. Bit of a worry imo.

The one fuller crossed to him was unfortunately a poor cross and I highly doubt Fuller himself would have scored from it had he been on the receiving end of it. He should have just played it accross the deck.
Agree he should have done better with the header though and I admit it is a worry but it's promising we're creating the chances in the first place. I'm sure he'll get one eventually!

I thought Ethers was having a bit of an off day, which is a shame, cause he can be quality when he is going full belt.

The Fuller one was difficult. But that header he should've buried.

He was a bit dissapointing going forward today, but got back and dug in when required.
I would love to see him have a real go at full backs and get some crosses in from the bye line

Just seen the header. Sitter is harsh, he looked freer in real life. Still should've scored though.

He was poor today, still think we won't see the best of him till next season.

Ethers had a mare today. First half particularly he didn't do a thing right. I thought Camara should have been given 30 mins instead of him. I really do despair when TP brings on Cresswell. His first action again was to lose possession.

It wasnt a sitter it was just a good chance, Etherington isn't as good at headers as Shawcross or Faye he's a winger.

Definately not a sitter
To have beaten Robinson he would have had to head it back across him and from that angle he couldnt do that
Seemed off colour today when trying to beat his man, which I dont think he did once in the whole game

Thought he was always stretching for the header.
Never mind people were slagging Lawrence off yesterday and his goal today was gold plated.
Theres always next week

I'll admit he didn't have his best game today, but was still better than Cressy or even Danny Pugh would have done out on the left.

I don't think he was fully fit today
I went down watch training on friday and he trained on his own at the start and did no contact training along with danny and only joined in for the positional training. and today before kick off scouse ran over too him and gave him a bottle of water which implies he was not fully fit in my opinion and throughout the game he didn't look himself and looked like something was bothering him
so don't be too harsh on him today, hopefully he will be back to himself next sat

You'd have to be a real bed-wetter to fault him today, hmmm, the problem he has is that he generally has two men on him because we have a full back who doesn't want to push up.
