Dissappointed that we conceded in the last ten minutes & sorry Matty missed that breakaway chance but looking objectively I think our chance of survival has nly improved again. That was a must win game for them - not us.

Desperately disappointed, but this was always a must 'not lose' game. Goal achieved on that front, but it could have been so much more....

Newcastle changed their shape and had a brief spell they scored from.
Not a good point at all on the balnce of play but it happens.

Think that this game proved that we will need at least 4 quality players in the summer. Good point though but newcastle were appalling imo and should have been beaten.

NUFC looked like a team staring relegation in the face at times, Ameobi up front, Edgar in defence, Guthrie in midfield, bringing on youngster Carroll. All set up for a bit more experience before the inevitable drop
