...like me ;D Gally and Weelo ..are.... er..holding up their shirts on the Sentinel website. www.thisisstaffordshire.co.ukFans of 'knowing what squad number players will have' can also get their fix there.

strange that when you look on the team page on the official site, and look at the squad numbers, it has matteo and young ant as having the number 16 shirt

Not a fan of central midfielders wearing '6' in this day and age. ;D
Bit too centre-halfy, but he must have a thing for it as he wore it at Wednesday, didn't he?

I asked Wednesday why he wears 6, they seem to think its the age when he lost close family member.

Is Weelo his official name now, FullerMagic? ;D Fair Q, TBG.
Equally, when posters post something twice (or more), will we say:
"Whelaned" ?

Unlike FM, I have never thought of the No6 shirt as being "centre halfy". Centre backs are best as 4 and 5 imo.

I always thought of 4 and 8 for central midfield and 5 and 6 for central defence.
I don't think it matters really, players have favourite numbers.
Gallas as a number 10 is a bit mad!
