Just looked at fixtures and I believe that
20th West Brom 30 points 19th Boro 35 points 18th Sunderland 36 points
Sunderland have got a tough run in.

20th WBA 19th Boro 18th Hull 17th Stoke
I dare not hope for any more than this. Stoke have disappointed me so often in the past that I have learned to think the worst and be pleasantly surprised.

I still reckon Newcastle will be down there, especially if we beat them. They have some tough fixtures left to play.

Newcastle and Sunderland have horrendous run ins, if we win on Saturday, then we are almost certain to stay up. With 720K for each rung on the ladder the higher we finish the better.

The final relegation spot is between Newcastle, Sunderland and Hull. Their run-ins are all nasty, Hull's doesn't look good at all and I think they will really need a win against us. If they lose on Saturday at Boro they really are in trouble.
West Brom and Boro will both obviously go down but Boro will finish bottom.

You say that if Hull lose to Boro, they'll be really in trouble, and then that Boro will obviously go down. If they beat Hull they're by no means dead.

Boro's next 2 games are winnable, I then don't see them picking up many points (if any) for the remainder of the season: Hull (H) Fulham (H) Arsenal (A) Man Utd (H) Newcastle (A) Villa (H) West Ham (A) I think the absolute best they can hope for from those fixtures is 9pts, which won't be enough to keep them up. Even a win against Hull isn't enough, they need to win 3 of their 4 home games and possibly 1 away - just can't see it myself.
