For all kinds of obvious reasons, I think that game will always be very, very special to anyone who was there.

It was massively important to get off to a good start at home, and we did, it has stood us in good stead ever since. This seasons home record will take some beating, I keep telling myself that someone is due to turn us over at home, but they never do and thats with only 4 games to go. Only once do I think we froze and that was Chelsea. Should have got something from both Everton and the Shit, imagine that for a home record never mind the 2 extra points! Superb at the Brit, in fact with confidence growing, out of our remaining fixtures who is there to be wary of, Arse maybe. They are all winnable. Keep going boys 6 more points will do for me ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

My best game in my 17 years as a Stoke fan. I remember hugging a total stranger when Sidibe scored, nearly fell onto the person in front of me, it was chaos...

Pulis's MOTD interview after this game was about 'not letting defeats get them down' and 'make the Brittania a fortress'
Pretty successful!!
