Open training today , over 7000 blindly stupid geordie lemmings turned up expecting a balding BBC couch pundit to turn a genuinely shite team around in 4 days.
they went down like a popped Zeppelin last saturday and the geordies just cant get it into their really stupid heads that, they are indeed a shite team
Michael Owens one thing but, he alone, cant compensate for all the goals the rest of these utter crappos are shipping
and CorluccinnI - PLEASE, OH PLEASE GOD ! let Shearer pick him against us on saturday.
(Beattie and Fuller will think Christmas has come early)
FILL YER BOOTS LADS !
And through all this they continue the blind blustering and bullshitting - one huimbug shaped fan said 'nooocastle will do stoke easy satday -wwaaa yayyyy '
Genuinley, I honestly believe they will come a cropper 'bigtime' on saturday too
lets see eh ! PS
Supertone OI !
its Etherington - Whelan - Delap - Lawrence !

Sorry Tony, but I think he will do enough to save them. Their squad are superior to ours in most departments and just need some motivation to perform better.
The main thing going against Shearer is the temporary nature of his appointment. If his job was permanent, the players would know that they have to perform or ship out.

I really hope we do beat em and beat em big time, so big that there's no return and relegation is the only way to go, this will see these big mouthed twats hit rock bottom with no contract clauses to reduce the pay of the over paid wankers, we could well be seeing the end of this never great club, and never great fans.

Newcastles squad better than ours ?
league table seem to suggest otherwise
Owen and Martens maybe - but now Shay Givens gone - none of the rest would get into our first eleven - surely ?
Maybe at least, we should be feeling quietly confident about saturday - I happen to feel even more confident than that

Tony our team is way better than Newcastle's - that is why we are 6 points clear of them. It doesn't alter the fact that they have better players in many positions. Don't forget that Abdy was deemed surplus to requirements. so deep is the strength they have in defence.
As with most of the clubs below us, they have the better players, but we have the best team and in football it is the team that counts.
I think Shearer has more chance of creating a unified team than Hughton or Wise and consequently the appointment of Shearer has improved Newcastle's chances of beating the drop.

I think Shearers appointment has been made by a money crazed looney (fat Mike Ashely) as a final act of utter desparation and, just reflects the desparate shambles the clubs in (mostly of his making too)
its just SO FUNNY - you couldnt write it

I just hope we beat them on Saturday.
Shearer will certainly be getting a lot of stick from us nasty people who sit behind the dugouts.

I think the Shearer factor will actually keep them up. And it is very, very hard in this league for a team out of the "big 4" to win three in a row.
Their attacking three of Owen, Martins, and Duff are good enough to come down here and beat us on Saturday no doubt.
A draw would be a good result for Stoke. Keeps the gap to six points with another game chalked off.

The main thing going against Shearer is the temporary nature of his appointment. If his job was permanent, the players would know that they have to perform or ship out. Are they really though? Is Harper better than Tommo? Collicini - Shawcross? Butt - Whelan? Beye - Ab Faye Martins - Beattie? Ameobi - Fuller? Duff - Etherington? Apart from a fit Owen they're certainly no better than us mate

Sorensen Beye - Shawcross - Faye - Enrique Lovenkrands - Delap - Nolan - Etherington Beattie - Martins
Harper Wilko Bassong Whelan Lawrence Fuller Owen
That would be my team if the 2 squads were combined

Man for man it's about 50/50 but we do indeed have a better team ethic.

They should show this game to the players after training. A reminder that we owe them one!
