Can I please have a sensible answer from someone who can speak English and is already mature ( balls have dropped) I don't need inane comments from kids who can't speak or spell other than using "text speak" and are still using their dick only to piss through.I have supporrted Stoke probably before they were even a sperm in their Grandads' scrotum let alone their Dad's Wait till you grow up and get into the real world! (Notice the use of grammar or is that alien to you uneducated bastards?)

The Three Horsehoes Inn, Blackshaw Moor Nr Leek.
REALLY good food; went a couple of years ago and they were showing Stoke v ?????? on a Monday night. Looks like it's changed a bit since then, so might be worth giving them a bell before.

Good luck!

Prince of Wales Leek is a Stoke pub and WILL be showing the game, one of the 3 lads that runs the pub is a season ticket holder and sits next to me, they do food aswell.

Thank you for the two sensible posters. You are both obviously normal and can respond in a civilised way without resorting to abuse or trivia. Is the Prince of Wales pub on the estate at the bottom of Ladderedge?

Yes the Prince of Wales is the pub on that estate However as a pub it has seen better days.... A better experience would be to park up in the town centre and go into the Engine Room in the Market Square (few yards from the Red Lion) They have Setanta Smart pub with a good atmosphere - get in 30 minutes before the game then you can pick your table and watch one of the many screens available I like to watch the games standing at the bar but both options are good PS I could be described as a 'senior' poster

Think you could be right jpm64,they could go to The Boat for there meal and take a nice walk along the canal to The Black Lion who will be showing the game. And with it being a 5.30 kick off could have a browse around The Flintmill for a while.

Good idea..... Do you think we should also take on the role of Tourist information officers for the fine village of Cheddleton ??? ;D

The Foaming Quart in Norton Green will have the Stoke match on. No food unfortunately but it's very friendly and a good atmosphere. Good mix of people, young and old. Not too far away is the Holly Bush at Stockton Brook which does good food or you could try the Indian in Milton, Spice exchange which is excellent. There's also a Chinese up the road, Norton China which isn't bad.
Enjoy your day

The Master Potter, Cheadle will be showing the game. Good pub, good atmosphere for the Stoke games. The food on offer is your usual pub grub menu but they also have a carvery on at weekends. There will probably be a band on in the evening also.
Failing that, I would opt for Leek. Plenty of pubs to choose from and also a few curry houses and chinese/Thai/Intalian restaraunts.
Hope this helps fella!
