They say in life that timing is everything.. Well.. whilst Tango Man milked the good fortune placed before him in the earlier part of the season.. the Gods have suddenly conspired to turn turtle as we get to the business part of the season..
Cast your mincers at this little lot..!!
Boro (A).. Last chance for Boro.. White hot atmosphere will see em do The Taaaagers 2-0 thro Tuncay and Downing..
Mackems (A).. Off the back of a heavy defeat v Man U the week before, the Mackems will see this as a must win... And they will in a tight game.. 2-1
Liverpool (H) Scoursers are deperately chasing the Sh1te for the title and their class will shine through in a comfortable 3-1 victory..!!
Villa (A) Villa finally wake from their slumbers to record a thumping 4-0 victory.. 2 each for UmBongo Whore and that big bloke from Carew!
Stoke (H) Close game with nerves frayed amongst the Dull fans as they face 'already safe' Stoke.. A 'must win' turns to disaster in the 92nd meeting as Michael Turner heads a Liam Lawrence cross into his own net!! 0-1 and Hull drop into the bottom three..
Bolton (A) The perennial Party poopers celebrate their last home game with a comfortable 3-1 victory to all but condemn Hull back to the Championship.. Unless they can win their last game of course!!
Man Utd (H) United arrive at the KC needing a point for the Premiership and dish up a 6-0 goalfeast as the Tango Kid dissolves into tears.. His own players keep HIM on the pitch at Full Time and publicly flog the clown with a Cat o Nine Tails..!!
Now you tell me where they're gonna get the points from!!!?

One thing that may save them though: -
Newcastle being shitter than the shit that is Hull.

I must say, Norters, every time I do the BBC Predictor thing, it's them that seem to pop up 3rd bottom, pipping Sunderland and Newcastle.
I think they'll probably need to beat us to have a real sniff

As long as we stay up, Brown's circus can please itself, but i can't help but read that post and hope against hope you're right ;D The fans don't really deserve it...but Browns' ashen face would live with me for all eternity ;D
I'd love us to be safe for our game at the KC so that we can beat them and shout 'that's music to my ears' at the final whistle ;D

Good post Norters, although I was expecting some Musik style crowd estimations and detailed match action predictions.

I think they will be ok.
Looking at that run in though, it is a bit of a pig although there are some games they can take points off them.
I still think there will be three worse teams than them come the end of the season.

I'm on the fence in regards to who will finish 3rd from bottom. Sunderland have the worst form in the league and are sinking quicker than a ton of horse shit in the Atlantic. Newcastle continue to look shite and are a complete shambles. And Portsmouth are getting dragged into the mire as every game passes

I think we'd all pay good money to see that, especially if he was donning his Biggles flight jacket, his Britney microphone and his ridiculous scarf.

they are in a lot of trouble and this weeks game with Boro is as big for Tango man as those fixtures suggest known of the teams have nothing to play for making them very tricky.

You should get a job at The Guardian, Norters, old chap. Good stuff! Just a petulant NB...always use three dots rather than two. It's what one does these days, old bean. OS.

I would love Hull and Castle to go down but with Boro and Brazil already gone IMO its one of those 2. Although i hate Tango with a passion i think it would be beneficial to us if Shitcastle went down because if they stay up they could build on that and get mid table next year whereas if Hull stay up they are nailed on for relegation as after riding their luck early season they have been exposed as a shite team with a joke of a manager

I came to the exact same conclusion earlier today. Ive given them a point satdee, and against us , but they are the only points I see them taking, for the exact same reasons as Norters. Oh Well

Problem is i want Newcastle Boro and Hull to go down. Can't trust the Baggies for anything. Not only will they go down we will need to look elsewhere for our guaranteed 6 points.

No prevaricating here.I hope Hull stay up. They deserved their promotion as much as we did, and it's good for the game that some of the smaller (less 'big'clubs) get a crack at some of the money sloshing about. Brown is an annoying tit, true, but Hull have some decent fans, and it's nice to se the game itself opened up at bit. We have to keep on hoping that surprise clubs like Wigan, Reading, us, Hull and even the Baggies have their day in the sun. Without the hopes of the Prem for the unfashionble clubs, the game will die. Players will not play to the best of their ability if there is a limit to what they can achive, and all clubs and fans in the game will suffer for it.

phsycologically, going below us after all the `brown is god` media shite earlier in the season, hull will be feeling VERY vulnerable & insecure. We all heard tango speak of playing in europe in november (yes-hull in europe) & the media telling us he may be england manager within 6 years!!! As long as we get at least 4 more points, i think it`ll be WBA, BORO` & N`CASTLE going down-unless castle do a houdini & then hull could be dragged into it. KEEP THE FAITH. BE LOYAL, BE LOUD, BE PROUD & BE STOKE.

I'd prefer Newcastle to go down rather than Hull, but in an ideal world I'd love it if they BOTH went down. Boro's plight might seem impossible right now, but if they beat Hull on Saturday then things will suddenly look A LOT different.

This counting your chickens is no good I tell you. I agree Pugs, I fully expect us to stay up but you will not find me gobbing off about it until we are safe. At this level it is very easy to lose five on the bounce. There is a long way to go and this is Stoke City we are talking about, when have we ever done anything the easy way.
