Yesterdays game is defo in my all time top 10 away days but the atmosphere created by the stokies has got to be the best ever, I can't ever recall total backing for the entire 90 minutes like that.
I know the early goal set us off and the fact we always beat Brazil helps the mood but has ANY set of supporters backed their team like we did yesterday? For those that were there it will surly remain in their minds for a long time.

Wasn't there and it sounded amazing.
But would have to 'go some' to be better than Notts County on THAT day.

Almost indescribable. So much joy, at pay-back time, for daring to beat us that once in 25 matches. So much pride in the whole team. So much optimism, while in a trance-like state. And the icing on the celibration cake, upon hearing the other hoped-for results, as we were leaving the scene of our delirium. Will be interesting to see the away-day table, in the forthcoming Oatie. Hope its isn't way down just because of Brazil pathetic contribution. That should count for high points, because it made us look and sound so good!

how on earth any baggies fan could call their atmosphere intimitading beggars belief. they were only their for half of it. i only heard one song before fuller scored. even the mascots gave up after fullers goal

Agreed.
We must not assume we are now safe and switch off against Newcastle.
The same atmosphere with a few new chants for Shearer.

Spoke to a bloke at work today that goes brazil every week, he stated that Stoke fans were brilliant yesterday although he did state he wanted to punch everyone of us for the constant piss taking! I was proud to be from Stoke yesterday, 100% passion and fight from both fans and players alike.
