My dad has got his heart set on going to the emirates, so for his birthday I want to get him and me tickets to the game. We havnt been away all season, but have season tickets. Do you reckon they will be gone by the time they come on sale to season ticket holders?

From what I've heard on the grapevine, it could well be a ballot

I would have thought you'd have a chance as you get a decent allocation. A lot will depend if the club do a sliding scale of games attended I guess, it may be tough though for you.

Do you reckon they will be gone by the time they come on sale to season ticket holders? they won't even go on general sale to season ticket holders with less than 5-10 away games IMHO best bet (if you can afford it) maybe to look into corporate tickets www.arsenal.com/hospitality/hospitality-stoke-citycheapest I can see is £350+ VAT for club level seats

Gutted. Im 15, dont think I can afford £700 and find another 8 people to join us. Nevermind . TBH fella, if you ain't been any away games, you can't expect to get a ticket for one of the big four "just like that" especially last game of season . I've been 1, and am under no illusions that I will NOT be going to the emirates this season, despite it being about 10 miles from my house

I comletely agree with you mate. I think the fairest thing might well be to layer the dates, according to away games been, and then ballot the remainder who don't reach the e.g 10+ away games criteria

It's been tough as an exile this season, in all previous seasons I've looked at the fixture list and picked out my southern games, and got to them all. I've only caught 2 away matches this season. That's fine, I understand and think the system this season is fair enough. However much its hurt at times (and missing Arsenal will hurt the most) There was always the chance this season was a one-off and I certainly don't begrudge regulars getting first dibs at tickets. Next season however, should we stay up - the slate should be wiped clean and first come, first serve for away games I say.

Whatever happened to the 10% ruling? Surely we should be allowed 6000ish?

Stoke have got a brilliant system in place which rewards the fans that go the most away games and I would imagine people that have been 15 away games or more will be guaranteed a ticket then it might go to ten away games I doubt it'd get as low as five away games.
Your best (only) hope is that someone gets tickets and then can't go but theres no way it'll go to a ballot imo

Whatever happened to the 10% ruling? Surely we should be allowed 6000ish? Its 3000, or 10% if BELOW 30,000. that is unless of course you are called Liverpool in which case you can give the away fans 2000 There is a 15% in FA cup games

As I recall, we thought we were going to get less because someone else (Boro possibly?) only took an allocation of 2,000. But when Malcolm Clarke checked it out we found we could have 3,000 and that is what we got.
