I rang up yesterday to order my ST. Not had a season ticket for years so was a new ST. I am also interested in the payment plan but I was told that if you wanted to do that you had to go down to the ground (which i thought was bollocks!) So i went on the website and downloaded the ST Order form pack (Click here for form!) and on the direct debit form its says fill in the whole form and return to stoke city blah blah. So i then phoned ticket office back and spoke to a different girl and she said if i posted it today (which was yesterday) 1st class it should reach them tomorrow (today) and that would be ok. I live in Wigan so traveling down just for that is a bit silly really.
