Just renewd mine and my dad's STs online.
Job done. But - I've only done it because I have access to the internet (my dad doesn't) and have heard about it from other fans and on here. Has anyone else not had the information through the post? It's a bit poor in my opinion if regular ST holders don't get this important information in good time (or at all!).

I still haven't had my renewal forms through, so I printed the form off the Website and went down and renewed last week - no problems.
'tis a bit poo though, I look forward to my annual begging letter.

I never received my renewal forms and so I renewed online. I've always had the letter before, I presume the extra numbers has done for them, which isn't too good really, is it The positive: Online was so easy that I won't be bothering with forms and queues again, anyways

I got a call from Beattie himself. He said that he wanted to do mine personally and not the leave a recorded message like everyone else. It was a bad line but he begged me to get a season ticket and we both felt a bit embarassed at the end when I handed over my credit card details. I've never got confimation from the club though which is a bit strange - maybe he'll drop it off personally. Plus - you'd never believe this but Beattie has an african accent!

I didn't get the renewal letter or the phone call either. I suppose I could say the club "knew" I had already renewed online but I bet they didn't! I also didn't get an email receipt for my online renewal although my account on SCFC Direct does show the purchase.
The club must look at these problems as a matter of urgency. Obviously they are much busier than they were last season but the club should be geared up to cope.

No renewal letter or phone call for me either, it's not great that the fans of a Premier league club are getting their season ticket information via the fanzine website.

On the pitch the club is Premiership standard. Off it, many aspects remain non-league. This will remain so until there is a change of senior personnel. The present Chief Executive's promises to shake up the club and improve customer services across the board simply have not materialised and, therefore, it is time his role and contribution to the club over the last four years was seriously scrutinised. Jez Moxey brought the new stadium What, exactly, will Tony Scholes' legacy be? Are you Momo?, are you Momo?, are you Momo in disguise? Are you Momo in disguise? ;D
