I've got my customer number and i've activated my account but where it tells me what my password is it's just blank, same when i ask them to email my password. Any ideas?

I've got a similar problem mate, when I click to email my details, it says it has emailed them, but I dont recieve owt.

if your ISP has got a spam filter check the email hasn't gone there...
ie if your with BT for instance, check your emails online, rather than via outlook etc on your PC and check the spam folder online. there ..presume other ISP's might be similar
