Trying to purchase 8 tickets for the West Ham game using SCFCdirect, now am i stupid or what but i can not find anything on there that explains the process or tells you that you are limited to 5 tickets. How the hell do i get 8 tickets. You might say go to the ticket office that's great if i wasnt in Canada!! Anyone used this before and can give me some pointers.

Register someone else from family who is also a stoke fan and then both you and they will be able to purchase 4.

I don't think you can buy more than 5 tickets online unless you book them in a block of 5 and a block of 3 or two blocks of 4.
Obviously telephoning is going to be very expensive - I'd be inclined to email the club. The ticket office manager is Josh Whittaker and his email is probably....

Explain the problem and they will hopefully agree to accept a booking by a further email and ask you to include credit card details.

Can you not book tickets by fax anymore? Less risky than sending credit card details by email. You could use an electronic fax programme like efax if you don't have access to a fax machine.

Jen - good point and fax may be the answer but I still think (with him being in Manitoba and wanting 8 tickets) it is worth initially sending an email to open communication with Josh Whittaker.
Dave - It is quite a while to the West Ham game so I expect there may be 8 tickets together or 4 on one row and 4 on the row in front or nearby. The problem is that the online system will never show this as tickets are released to the online system in quite small batches and only when a few tickets have been sold do more appear on the screen.
