What are the chances of him releasing another pottermouth battle cry for the end of the season? Another big push to help keep us up! Could only be good for us ;D

I've always thought when things make a return, they are never as good second time around.

I don't think we need it at the mo'.
The original battle cry was issued as we were "wobbling", but at the moment confidence is high amongst players, staff and supporters.
Mind you, in a months time it might be different! (hope not)

When it was produced, I think it was fantastic and inspiring. It had hard man Dennis Smith in tears and, if we're honest, probably many of the rest of us too. It touched on all that it meant to be a Stokie and it was pure genius.
But: At the time we were a long forgotten 'little' club striving for the biggest prize in football and reaching for the 'impossible dream'. It's a little different now and, personally, I think we would be openning ourselves to yet more ridicule to repeat the exercise. When it was played on Saturday before the Boro game I admit that it felt a little embarrassing and was met with silence.
It was 'of it's moment'. Quite brilliant, inspiring and magnificent. Time to move on I fear.

Agree, it was fantastic at the time & still gives me goose bumps when I watch it on the 07/08 Season review DVD But it is best left there as a memory of a wonderful time A comeback just wouldn't be on as it would tarnish the memory of our Wonderful Special Season
