No Beattie and no Davies. Carlton Cole, Emile Heskey, Peter Crouch. I take it we don't intend to score many goals

Why the hell is Ledley King in there? He can't even play two consecutive games.

Heskey has more than earned his place in his last few England games
King should be an England regular but obviously is a tad fucked - good sub though.

Lets not worry about it guys. We don't need injuries because of fcuking England. Stoke are much bigger and better than our national team. Also we make more noise than Wembley

I think Carlton Cole's worth his place. He's having a great season and he fits into Capello's system as a quick, strong hold-up player who can create space for the Rooneys and Walcotts.

Is the World Cup- be wrong to stick an in-experienced young player in I think. Is all about getting results, qualifying and can experiment in friendlies.
Goes to show what a piss poor bunch of strikers England have though. Having said that neither game should be a problem.

King is in there because he is a superb footballer. Miles better than Terry. Unfortunately he can't get fit. It's tough for the lad.
There will be an extra place coming up for a midfielder. Gerrard is certain to develop an injury and pull out. Scouse twat.

I agree Soi, we have no chance of winning anything with that choie of Strikers.. Rooney is one ofthe best in the world but there is absoloutly NO ONE else.

Mamady Sidibe, free transfer from Gillingham, beating John Terry in the air every single time. Something's wrong there, isn't it? King really is an excellent defender but I just can't see any hope for him in the long term, he's never going to play a full season. That's a real shame, because he has the talent. Didn't his problems start when he was playing for the U-21s? You're probably right about Gerrard. I expect it'll be after a few training sessions, when he finds out he's not needed in the first team.

No, it will be when the Spanish waiter gives him a call and reminds him where his allegiances lie.

Gerrard is a sniveling coward - not prepared to fight for his place, but pretends he is injured. Remember how he wimped out of challenges against us at Anfield.
