Can't find a thread = wheel if needed.
As bad as Mason was yesterday, apparently he's dones us 4 times this seson and we've won 3 and drawn one (Liverpool away). So although he's obviously bumming southgate* he can't seem to find a way to make us lose.
allegedly! ;D

But on the other hand look at what happens when the shit get a strong ref, 2 weeks running they get a ref whos not scared of whisky face and get stuffed twice with 3 red cards, if they had a strong ref every game they'd be a mid table team at best.

Ronaldo was lucky to stay on as well yesterday, world footballer of the year - Lee Mason is just too card happy for my liking.

I think he's had two good game for us now (Tottenham and Liverpool) and two bad games (WBA and Boro) His problem was he booked both Pogatetz and Whelan for first offences in the first half, and in doing so set a dangerous precedent for himself, which he had to stick to.

The inconsistency he showed was nothing short of cheating. Defender puts a hand in Fuller's face - free kick to Boro. Fuller puts hand in defender's face - free kick to Boro and a yellow for Fuller. There was one rule for them and another for us throughout. Maybe he wanted to play Bertie Big Bollocks and show that he wouldn't be swayed by a hostile crowd, but he was a despicable prick with an agenda from the first whistle.

but saying all that he could have given a peno late on against us but he didnt and he gave us a free kick when they had the ball bouncing about our area. Im not saying it was a peno but from the free kicks he had given throughout the day, he was certainly presented with the opportunity

Very inconsistent yesterday, didn't get any major decisions wrong but seemed happy to book our players for challenges that he only gave a free kick for against them.
